Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for our skincare products. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us at hello@nearthskincare.com  so we can resolve this.

If any of your products are faulty or if you have any issues with your order, please email hello@nearthskincare.com  and we will be back to you as soon as possible. Our office opening hours are Monday – Friday 9.30 am to 5.30 pm, we will get back to you within 24-48 hours. Customer services do not operate on weekends or bank holidays.
